There is a series of food photographs of soups, some are hot and some are cold. It starts with showcasing the warm soups, the mushroom noodle soup, the orange smoky carrot soup and then the smoked tomato basil soup. After these comes the set of cold soups which begins with a Litchi cucumber gazpacho, followed by delicious Burnt garlic vichyssoise and ends with Grape ginger gazpacho.

Gazpacho or Gaspacho, also called Andalusian gazpacho, is a cold soup and drink made of raw, blended vegetables. It originated in the southern regions of the Iberian peninsula and spread into other areas. Gazpacho is widely eaten in Spain and Portugal, particularly during hot summers, since it is refreshing and cool.

Vichyssoise, also known as potage Parmentier, velouté Parmentier, or crème Parmentier, is a thick soup made of boiled and puréed leeks, onions, potatoes, cream, and chicken stock. It is traditionally served cold, but it can be eaten hot.
